Kuya Silver Reports High-Grade Silver-Gold Intercepts at Saudi Arabia’s Umm Hadid Project

Canadian mining company Kuya Silver Corporation has reported new high-grade silver and gold drill results from the Umm Hadid Project in Saudi Arabia, as it advances work toward the project’s first mineral resource estimate.

The project is owned by Silver Mining LLC, a Saudi-based private joint venture between Sumou Holding, the majority shareholder, and Kuya Silver. Kuya currently holds a 5% carried interest in the joint venture, with an option to acquire an additional 40% participating interest.

The project covers 246 square kilometres and is owned by Silver Mining LLC, which holds the Umm Hadid exploration licence. Silver Mining LLC is a Saudi-based private joint venture between Sumou Holding, the majority shareholder, and Kuya Silver. Kuya currently holds a 5% carried interest in the joint venture, with an option to acquire an additional 40% participating interest.

New Results from the Umm Hadid Project

The latest results cover drilling at Targets 01, 02 and 03, with the company’s current resource-definition work primarily focused on Target 01.

Drillhole 26-UH-004

  • Intersected 26.1 metres grading 77.8 grams per tonne of silver and 0.14 grams per tonne of gold.
  • Included a higher-grade section of 0.30 metres grading 3,779 grams per tonne of silver and 6.35 grams per tonne of gold.

Drillhole 26-UH-006

  • Returned 9.17 metres grading 137.1 grams per tonne of silver and 0.13 grams per tonne of gold.
  • Included 1.20 metres grading 959.8 grams per tonne of silver and 0.54 grams per tonne of gold.
  • This included 0.30 metres grading 3,656 grams per tonne of silver and 1.99 grams per tonne of gold.

Drillhole 26-UH-002

  • Intersected 12.05 metres grading 151.5 grams per tonne of silver and 0.26 grams per tonne of gold.
  • Included 1.39 metres grading 576 grams per tonne of silver and 0.31 grams per tonne of gold.
  • Also included a 0.31-metre interval grading 2,960 grams per tonne of silver and 8.23 grams per tonne of gold.

The company noted that the reported measurements represent drill-core lengths and may not reflect the true widths of the mineralised zones.

More Than 11,000 Metres Drilled

A total of 59 diamond drillholes, representing approximately 11,373.5 metres, have been completed at Umm Hadid to date.

This includes 29 holes covering 5,135.62 metres that were previously reported in December 2025, along with 30 additional holes covering 6,237.88 metres.

The mineralised intervals announced in the latest update were identified at depths ranging from approximately 16 to 131 metres below the surface, with an average depth of around 58 metres.

According to Kuya Silver, the results indicate that Target 01 contains multiple high-grade silver-gold structures across several drill sections, rather than one isolated mineralised intercept.

Advancing Toward a Maiden Resource Estimate

The ongoing 10,000-metre drilling programme at Target 01 is designed to establish the continuity, geometry and grade distribution of its silver-gold vein system.

The programme will support the preparation of a maiden mineral resource estimate and an accompanying NI 43-101 technical report.

Kuya Silver has appointed APEX Geoscience as its independent technical consultant. APEX is reviewing drilling data and advising the company on the optimisation of the remaining programme for resource-estimation purposes.

Drilling will continue at Target 01 until the work required for the initial resource estimate is completed. The company then intends to return to Targets 02 and 03 for further drilling and evaluation.

Target 01 covers an area of approximately 4.5 kilometres by 2.5 kilometres and contains multiple mineralised veins and faults.

Kuya Silver’s Saudi Joint Venture

Kuya Silver is a Canadian silver-focused mining company with operations and development projects in Peru, Canada and Saudi Arabia. Its shares are listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker KUYA, the OTCQB market under KUYAF and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under 6MR1.

The latest drilling results mark another step in evaluating Umm Hadid’s silver-gold potential, although the project remains at the exploration and resource-definition stage.
